DTF Cleaning Solution ensures that your DTF printer runs smoothly, with clean and free-flowing ink channels, delivering consistent and reliable results. It is a powerful 3-in-1 solution for cleaning, flushing, and wet capping the head of DTF or DTF printers:

• Cleaning: Effectively removes ink residue from DTF print heads, ink tubing, capping stations, and other printer parts, prevents clogging, and keeps everything running smoothly.

• Flushing: Safely flushes ink channels to remove blockages and ensure unobstructed flow, keeping the printer in optimal condition.

• Wet capping: Acts as a wet capping fluid for the printer head, keeping print heads hydrated during inactivity or extended printer shutdowns, protecting them from drying out and damage.

DTF Cleaner is a water-based, environmentally friendly fluid for cleaning and maintaining print heads that use DTF / DTG technology. It is suitable for a wide range of models, especially Epson i3200/A1, DX5, XP‑600, L1800, and similar, and it helps dissolve dried ink and prevent nozzle clogging. It is ideal for regular maintenance and deep cleaning, without the risk of damaging the head or tubing. Use for flushing through the head:

• Put on gloves and prepare the syringe and fittings.
• Connect the syringe to the head using the tube and fitting.
• Inject the fluid into the head until the fluid comes out clean.
• Let it work for 10–15 minutes for deep dissolving.
• For heavier clogs, you can use our XTREME solution

For multi-day print head soaking, pour the fluid into the capping station and soak the head.
