Premium pigment white DTF ink by DTFPrint.hr & ORIC in a set of 5 × 1 L is the ideal solution for professional DTF production at a better price. The ink was developed to DTFPrint.hr's specification in collaboration with ORIC, is OEKO-TEX certified, and has been tested with TexTek, ORIC, STH, and other printers available on the Croatian market. It enables stable operation without frequent head cleaning, with exceptional coverage, stretchability, and wash resistance after curing.

Premium pigment DTF ink by DTFPrint.hr & ORIC – SET 5×1L WHITE is intended for professional users with higher white ink consumption in DTF printing. The set includes five bottles of white pigment ink, each with a capacity of 1 liter, enabling continuous production with significant savings compared to buying individually.

The white ink is formulated with a high concentration of pigments for excellent coverage, even application, and stable flow through the ink system. It has been tested under real production conditions on TexTek, ORIC, STH, and other DTF printers available on the Croatian market and delivers reliable operation even during long print runs, without the need for frequent print head cleaning.

After heat curing, the white layer remains flexible, does not crack when the fabric stretches, and retains its durability and quality even after repeated washing. The OEKO-TEX certificate guarantees safety for textile products, including children's clothing.

Usage and storage instructions

• Store the ink at room temperature, away from moisture, cold, and extremely high temperatures.
• Keep in a tightly closed bottle, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Before use, be sure to stir or shake the ink for at least 1 minute to activate the pigment.
• The use of a white ink stirrer is recommended to keep the pigment evenly distributed.
• Before pouring in the ink, thoroughly clean the printer's ink system and flush out any existing ink from another manufacturer.
• Run several cleaning cycles to completely remove the previous ink.
• Never mix the ink with inks from other manufacturers.
• Replace the printer's dampers and filters regularly.

Instructions for use:

Before pouring in DTF pigment ink for inkjet printers, it is important to thoroughly clean the printer system and remove any remaining ink to ensure optimal operation and print quality. Then gently shake the ink without creating bubbles so the pigments are evenly distributed. Do not mix our ink with inks from other manufacturers to avoid possible chemical reactions and malfunctions. Store the ink in a tightly closed bottle, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The ink's shelf life is one year from the production date. DTF ink starter kit containing 5x 1L of white ink.
