HOT MELT adhesive powder for DTF films - FINE grain size. It can be used on many types of fabrics, providing elasticity and full coverage. Thanks to its advanced formula, it keeps the application soft to the touch. If stored according to the instructions, the powder does not harden and spreads evenly over the film, ensuring uniformity and flawless application. Another advantage of this adhesive powder is its excellent low-temperature melting point of 120°C with reduced processing time. These properties make it ideal for wash resistance and long-lasting adhesion on garments. TECHNICAL DATA

• Melting time: from 60 seconds
• Stretch capacity before breaking: 650%

APPLYING THE TRANSFER

• Press temperature: 140°C
• Application time: 10 seconds
• Film removal: while hot
• Pressure: Medium
• Extra tip: To increase adhesion on demanding materials, press again at the same temperature for another 5 seconds.

WASH RESISTANCE

• Maximum temperature: 40°C/105°F
• Wash garments inside out
• Dryer: gentle cycle
• Do not use bleach and/or other chemicals.

FABRICS Suitable for cotton, synthetic, blended, and elastic fabrics. Not suitable for impregnated and sublimation-printed or dyed fabrics. INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sprinkle the powder by hand or using an automatic shaker onto the freshly printed DTF film.
2. Melt the powder in a drying tunnel at 120°C for 60 seconds until completely dry.
3. When dry, the adhesive should look glossy, rubbery, and have an orange-peel texture.
4. Shake the film to remove excess powder.

STORAGE Fusible powder for DTF film is supplied in hermetically sealed 1 kg bags to preserve its chemical properties. We recommend using one package at a time. Open and use up each bag before opening a new one to prevent moisture from affecting the product's performance. TPU powders are particularly sensitive to moisture, so it is recommended to store the product under controlled humidity (between 40% and 60%). Always reseal the powders in a hermetically sealed bag after use. Keep away from direct sources of moisture, heat, and UV radiation. Store the powder at a controlled temperature (15-35°C)
