Who we are

The dtfprint.hr web shop is operated by Studio A5 j.d.o.o., Josipa Lenca Spodolčeva 5, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, company ID (OIB): 43566265122 (“we”). We are the controller of your personal data. For any privacy questions write to info@dtfprint.hr or call +385 91 460 70 10.

What data we collect and why

Orders

When you place an order we collect your name (or company name), billing and delivery address, e-mail address, phone number and, for business customers, your VAT identification number. This data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract — processing the order, delivering it and issuing an invoice. EU customers’ VAT numbers are verified against the European Commission’s VIES system for correct VAT treatment.

Print files

The artwork you upload (PDF and similar files) is stored on our server and is not publicly accessible. Files belonging to unfinished orders are automatically deleted after 48 hours; files belonging to placed orders are kept as part of the order documentation.

Contact form

Your name, e-mail address and message are used solely to answer your enquiry.

Technical data

For security purposes (preventing abuse and spam) the server logs IP addresses and basic browser information. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking technologies, and we do not profile visitors.

Legal bases

• performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing and delivering orders and communicating about them;
• legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — issuing and retaining invoices under tax and accounting law;
• legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — site security and abuse prevention.

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not send newsletters.

Who we share data with

We pass data only to service providers we need to fulfil your order, and only to the extent necessary:

• Stripe — card payments; you enter card details directly on Stripe’s checkout page and we never have access to them;
• delivery services (e.g. DPD) — recipient name, address and phone number for delivery;
• SendGrid (Twilio) — sending order e-mails (confirmations, payment instructions);
• invoicing service (Fira) and our accountants — data required for issuing invoices;
• hosting provider — the technical infrastructure the site runs on.

We never sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. Some providers (Stripe, SendGrid) process part of the data outside the EEA; such transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

• invoices and related order data — 11 years, as required by the Croatian Accounting Act;
• contact-form enquiries — while the enquiry is being handled, at most 12 months;
• print files of unfinished orders — 48 hours.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Send your request to info@dtfprint.hr — we will reply without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — no tracking, analytics, advertising or social-media cookies. Because strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement, no cookie consent is needed to use this site.

• dtfshop_sess (first-party, session) — keeps your cart, login and form protection (CSRF); deleted when you close your browser.

Besides that cookie, we store a single flag in your browser’s localStorage, dtf_cookie_ok — a note that you dismissed the cookie notice, so we don’t show it again. Our online DTF designer uses its own, equally necessary session cookie for the same purpose.

During card payment you are temporarily redirected to Stripe’s pages, which use their own cookies under Stripe’s privacy policy.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; without the necessary session cookie the cart and checkout will not work.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change at the top.
