XTREME DTF Cleaning Solution is an industrial-strength agent for cleaning stubborn clogs in the head of a DTF or DTG printer and for completely flushing the ink system (tubing). Ideal for situations when a regular cleaner does not help or when changing ink types. It is not for constant use as a wet capping fluid, but for shorter periods of time with heavier head clogs.

XTREME DTF Cleaning Solution is a specially developed formula for advanced cleaning of stubborn or extreme clogs in the DTF print head and for complete flushing of ink tubing – especially useful for heavier clogs when the standard daily cleaner does not help.

For cleaning print heads, it is used only as a last resort, after the standard cleaner has proven ineffective. It can be used in systems with dampers (direct injection) or with cleaning cartridge cartridges for up to three cleaning cycles, after which the system should be flushed with a standard cleaner.

The fluid can be soaked onto a swab and used to clean the channels/nozzles on the head.

IMPORTANT: This solution is not intended for long-term wet capping. The agent can be corrosive to head components. Use with caution.
